Curriculog - Curriculum Management System

    American University uses the DIGARC Curriculog curriculum management and Acalog catalog management programs to administer and publish all approved courses and academic program requirements.

    Curriculog proposals for all new courses and programs and changes to the curriculum follow the established AU curriculum development review and approval steps.

    Accessing the System

    As a guest, you can view all active curriculum proposals in the list to the left. Click on the proposal to see the Process Summary, or click on the View icon to see the proposal's progress. To access completed proposals, please use the Advanced Filter, select the Proposal Status checkbox of "Completed," and select additional filter items as appropriate.

    In order to make a decision or a comment on a proposal, please log in using your AU username and password. For questions, please contact curriculum_services@american.edu.

    Listed below are the symbols and colors utilized in Curriculum:

    • = has not made a decision
    • = approved
    • = rejected
    • = held
    • = suspended
    • = cancelled
    • = multiple decisions
    • = task
    • = mine
    • = stuck
